Q: What about the lead time for mass production? A: That is according to the quantity, generally speaking, 3000pcs, our delivery time is two weeks.
Q: Why always the blades are not moving when I plug in ? A: This is a normal phenomenon because of the special material and special technial of the blades, the two blades will be suctioned together , so you have to drop one or two drops of the oil which we offer in the package, and move the taper at the left side, then turn on the switch, it will be working . After you use the clipper, you have to clean all the hair on blade everytime, and drop one or two drops of oil on the blade, then put the cover, and packed it fully. This is the way how to ptetect your clipper at home , and you can use it for 2 or 3 years is no problem.
